- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected
3. Shipping

- You will receive tracking information once your order ships

4. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we have the following policy:
- Damaged or defective items: We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or with printing defects. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Size exchanges: We may offer exchanges for sizing issues on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss options.
- Change of mind: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
